Note the OP said 'with Avios'. If they're Avios rich and struggling to find a use for them then the cash component is only a little extra (£25 each way compared to £17.50 in economy).

Think to yourself, if you don't go Club Europe what will you use the Avios for. If you can't think of anything then you might as well go CE. If you're earning quicker than you can spend you should also go CE.
