I do tip all three. But I often will not have the room serviced as I once lost a watch in a boutique foreign hotel. I prefer to open the door to housekeeping, let them take the wastebaskets, get any new towels needed and/or shampoos, and I hand them a couple of dollars. They are always very happy.

That said, I think tipping is up to the customer and I don't like Marriott's decision that it must be mandatory.
