It usually takes a number of days for your status to be updated. You can check under order executive club items and it may show that issuance of the card is in progress. You could also call to enquire after a bit if you don't see anything happening.
Iirc, some have occasionally reported a problem if they achieved Gold for the first time during the first year of earning 3000 TPs (that is, you were not Gold throughout the last last two years) and they have needed some manual intervention.
