I did see this a couple of months ago where about 6 were purged (they probably ran a script to remove them all) - and then they started building up again - so we shall see.
I use Concur and had the last 9 weeks of trips in there. Went to look this morning for today's trip and was very happy to see only upcoming trips.
Never had the issue before, but know others have.
Agree the solution is probably a script, just hope the run it more frequently then every 3 months.
