Have a friend on board this flight today, AMM - LHR which usually head off towards Turkey.

Today however it's headed South, down to the Red Sea and is now heading for Cairo ..... which seems bizzare to say the least.

I don't suppose anyone knows or has heard anything. BA.com is still displaying the same arrival time as normal, despite the strange direction.

Thoughts on a postcard please ...
