But AC is operating CRAs because people put up with it - not that I hate it, I find the 34" legroom and IFE quite nice but overall claustrophobic. I believe the fuel burn of a CRA is significantly lower than an E75.

I do find the CRA much better than the CRJ/Q400 due to the legroom and IFE. Good aircraft on shorter flights, but I personally avoid the CRA on YYC-IAH and take UA instead, as I really don't like doing 4+ hour CRA flights. Much prefer the E75 over the CRA:
- full size overhead bins
- ovens for J class meals
- wider seats
- less cramped feeling overall
- preferred seats (the exit row seats on the CRA are awful)
