Magellan's DID have a great return policy but are sadly no longer in business...

I too like the Komfort Kollar and have owned several of them, I NEVER blow it up too much, but sadly almost any inflatable product leaks eventually.

I always buy the large size and then put it around my HEAD, not my NECK, so it provides some support and cushioning but also helps to suppress noise. I may look ridiculous, but who cares? I do get to sleep, as long as I have a wall to lean on.
