What determines the cost to rent a Digiplayer?
I thought it was flight mileage or flight time that determined whether you would pay $8 or $10 to rent a Digiplayer, but then I noticed that SEA-PVR/SJD was $8 and PDX-PVR/SJD (a slightly shorter route) was $10. Anyone know how this fee is determined?
