1. Might be some different/additional (NL) taxes/fees and ITA calculating them wrong (try changing the sales city @ ITA). This is assuming you leave/enter to/from AMS.

2. Have the same issues booking all KL operated intra-EU flights on DL.com. DL asking $3000, KL asking $950
Are only higher fare classes available for KL operated flights at DL?
