I filed above claim for our Sep 8 arrival on Sep 29 and today the CR lady working on my claim called me to tell me the payment was processed and would show up on my account within 14 days. She asked atleast 3 times if I had any other expenses due to the delay and if they should refund the entire taxi bill (70EUR) instead of the money I asked for (48EUR). When I said "no thank you I arrived home" she said, 'thats not a disqualification, if you had to make a valid expense due to the delay then we will refund that as per the rules'.

As they say in Germany: 'Wie man in den Wald hineinruft, so schallt es heraus.'
