Definitely make sure you ask the agent at LHR to check the bag through to YHZ. That way you just drop it off at the WJ counter, rather than having to re check it.

There is often some confusion about this as the allowance is 2*23 kg, with the heavy bag charge being waived for status and premium class pax.
