I don't know about SoCal, but I'm from NorCal. I've been paying my AAA bills with credit cards online for couple years now. Only Visa or Mastercard.

I think for SoCal, the AAA website is www.calif.aaa.com just go there and create an account to pay with credit card.

http://calstate.aaa.com is NorCal.
