I completed a 3 night stay in Marriott Houston North last week
Fabulous service from the staff; a Platinum welcome gift "like the good old days" & some additional points as a "thank you/apology"
Definitely a case of going the extra mile - for which I'm grateful
I received a clear explanation as to the reason why the F&B points hadn't posted "as normal"
And yes, the points for this stay,posted to my account; with no issues
