Translation of a phrase into Japanese

I have realized that one of the first things I will need to know how to say is "May I have a receipt please" (cab driver).

Google translate has it as:

Watashi wa ryōshū-sho o itadakemasu ka

Is that correct / polite enough?

Thank you!
