As far as trying the card, I don't know. The best public offer has been 30k in the past, and this is up to 40k. I assume that any targeted links will be increased from that, so we can probably see a 60k before the offer expires (if you're lucky of course).
The Go Rewards had an increased bonus last month (it was small, maybe 150?) and they sent me an email about it, but I haven't gotten an email from NCFU about the Flagship yet. So I'm going to hold out until I get some kind of notice.
