I've got my NH PNR from UA.com, but ana's website consistently says "We're unable to retrieve your reservation at this time," or some such nonsense.
What gives?
I have the exact same problem and for the life of me couldn't input the information to get a seat assignment. Had to call ANA's call centre and they assigned the seats to me. The helpful person on the phone said that I couldn't sign in to the ANA website even with the ANA confirmation number that UA gave me because of the two systems don't talk to each other.
