Aer Lingus Complaints Procedure
On 11th August I emailed Aer Lingus to complain about a flight that I had been on a week earlier. I filled the online form in and got an automated reply saying that I would be re contacted at a later date. Well it is now 1st October and I still haven't heard anything. They do not appear to be contactable by phone. Does anybody have experience of how long Aer Lingus takes to deal with complaints ?
