Hi. I'm a newbee in this, so sorry if this has been explained. I have Citibank AAdvantage World Elite card.
1. How does the free baggage work? At the counter do I just show them my Citibank Work Elite Card?

2. How does the 1st boarding benefit work? I printed out my boarding passes but it shows 2nd boarding? Do I have to do this at the counter?
