BA by far and away send me the most crap, by a HUGE margin.

Fire half these marketing people who are trying pathetically hard to justify their over paid underworked positions which really just create spam rather than engender brand loyalty and put the money into service enhancements, or at the very least don't 'enhance' things...


Edit: the other culprit for sending a lot of crap is Avis, BA's rental partner....
