We have written to QR ([email protected]) asking them to reinstate the recliners which were available in the Premium Terminal Business Lounge. Some of us either have transit times less than the prerequisite to get a free landside hotel, prefer not to stay airside, or simply do not want to fork out the extra expenses of using the HIA airport hotel. Now that the Business Lounge is so much bigger, there must be room that can be allocated for these previously much-loved and much-utilised recliners. If you agree, would you kindly drop QR a hint as well?
