Is it difficult to get from the Sheraton to the Westin with luggage or are they pretty much opposite each other as I remember?

In SGS thread someone said SGS staff help him to transport his luggage to Westin.
If you don't mind on 32$ SGS are better

Just back from another three nights stay. Was preassigned an executive floor deluxe room one day before arrival. Then I emailed them and requested upgrade to a suite if avaiable. On the day of arrival, I had been upgraded to the a lower level suite. All three times of the complimentary suite upgrades came after I have specifically requested one. None came automatically. Still came have breakfast downstairs (7th floor). The complimentary 3 piece pressing is per stay and not per night. Did not partake on evening happy hour in the lounge. I did have a few Coke Light up there from time to time.
Maybe upgrade policy to suite on westin is on request -_-'
