Check w. your pediatrician, but 14-MO ought to be fine without milk for 10 hours. Aseptic containers are available at SFO at a # of locations (although I've never purchased). I would not feed kids milk onboard. It may be chilled now but might have been out in the sun on a catering truck for 6 hours.
