Personally, AAngel, OSO and EXP if the call lines are clogged. Sometimes when it's busy other agents pick up EXP calls - Sunday that meant a wait for me, then the agent picking up my call had to transfer to International. Not so many people know of OSO, so that might be a shorter queue. (No status, no question imo - OSO.)

In the end sometimes it's the luck of the draw - but an AAngel in hand is worth ten calls.
