I don't tip room service b/c I'm already paying 15-20% service charge, 0-$5 delivery charge, etc.

I tip valet a few bucks, depending on how long it takes to get the car. If it's super fast $5 and it goes down from there. Normally 2-3 bucks. Never tip dropping up, always tip picking up each day. They should be pooling tips by day.

I never tip the maid.

I hate the argument that the first two should be tipped b/c they are receiving $2/hr and the 3rd isn't. In my state, all are receiving the same wage (minimum, ~$8/hr). In Vegas should I not tip any of them because of this?
