No the automated system is correct as well im just saying that out of how many people call up ive never had any one in over the couple years experience ive had specificaly ask how much the YQ is in a change. If you want it quoted it could be but would have to do it manually which takes time or if we are doing it manualy to do get seperate government tax YQ takes longer. Otherwise it will be quoted as 'tax' which is government tax increases and YQ.
