Whether you're going to Newcastle or Nairobi, boarding will be open until at least 21 minutes before stated departure time, this is their well advertised work instruction. All A gates are within 7 minutes of any lounge in 5A, South or North. You can make that 10 or 15 minutes to get to anywhere in B or C, particularly if you're happy to use the passageway rather than the transit. Therefore you need to leave CCR 36 minutes before departure time unless a specific "delayed" message has come up on FIDS. If you are using the transit, add 5 minutes for the transits' service frequency.
