I accidentally booked a flight on Kayak that was 1st class on the return leg.
It wasn't much more than a normal SFO -> LAS flight, but it caused some headaches for me getting reimbursed by my employer. (I ended up googling to show a typical price in coach, and paying the difference out of pocket, which was about $100)
