OP needs to look at the T&C for the particular challenge the OP is using. I'm not sure even that there will be the 100% bonus on RDMs after the challenge period until PM is earned the usual way during requalification. However, the way RDMs are calculated next year will change with no more 100% bonus, just status-dependent multipliers for MQDs.
