If you want to be sure to have a seat you like, I suggest you reserve one. You can do it via MMB, for a fee of course.
I searched and searched but did not find answer to my question:
I don't have a reserved paid seat, so how can I assure the best possible seat when departing from HEL? I understood they have a direct-to-gate model with no check-in, and somewhere it says that seats are allocated during check-in: how am I then supposed to know which seat they allocate me?
Do they even have no check-in desk at HEL since it is direct-to-gate? Or if they do, should I come early there to request a seat if I want the best possible non-paid non-reserved seat?
Thanks for help and sorry for noob Q, this is my first ever Norwegian flight
