I can see award availability on aa.com. I called AA to see if an agent can see availability and she said there is a seat for both flights and the above connection is a "valid connection."
My question is that JL can't see an award space for AY 646 and they told me that MCT at ARN is 1h25m. How could this happen?? I think MCT is around 40 min at ARN
There had been a schedule change and I have more or less of freedom to do route change on my award ticket. This is JL-issued award, so JL needs to see an award space to book me on that flight.
Thanks in advance!
Swedavia that operates the airport does not state MCT, Scandinavian Airlines operate with a 40 minute MCT from Non Schengen to Schengen, but that does not necessarily apply for BA to AY. It is a terminal 2 connection, and T2 is quite small so it would seem plenty of time, but I can't find any official rules. Neither BA nor AY gives any airport information about Arlanda on their websites.
