It's only discriminatory if you would otherwise be unqualified for the job.

It's a shame that there are certain groups in this country who don't want the people who provide airport security to be THE MOST QUALIFIED, no matter what their race. I've never understood how some people can make the argument that it is discrimination to base employment on QUALIFICATION!
