OK, I think I have it worked out now.... On the "contact us" section of the website, if I select Ireland as my country it shows a UK number that I guess is just the "regular" one. If I select UK it shows me a different number (as I'm logged in presumably it identifies me as Gold....?). Rang this evening to change a flight and sure enough the recorded announcement confirmed that it was the Gold line. Went through all sorts of options with the very nice agent and she got me re-booked for just a simple change fee. Then she asked me if I was an Executive Club member ....
