I had the same experience at the SEA club and I know specifically who you're referring to. Likewise for me, I was courteous at check-in and after 3 days of laborious meetings in SEA happy to have a bit of a respite with a co-worker. The agent's tone was a bit nasty, but I just wrote it off to a bad day. First time in many years of a RCC/UC membership I've been asked about my guest's travel plans. Of course, we left when my earlier flight began boarding and he just waited at his gate.
