In my mind, rule enforcement goes both ways. If customers are to follow the rules verbatim, then UA needs to enforce the rules, not selectively. we all know that is not the case. And I mean not just the Club access.
It sounds double standard when it comes to club access, rules are rules, no if-and-but about it. But when it comes to other matters, rules are rules, except when we choose to not enforce it.
