Which country is your BAEC account registered.
It is on the back on UK BAEC cards.
There is no gold telephone line if you are outside the UK.

Login to BAEC and it's there under the Contact Us section (though not for all countries in note)
Login to BAEC
Look for "View All Gold Benefits" on the right hand side of the page - click on that
Look in the left hand column for Contact Us.
There is nothing to say it is the gold telephone line but it will be if BAEC shows your account as Gold.
