There are couple of lounges you have access to.

AI lounge is not very good. The one item you can get there that I like is orange juice in a tetra box. Food is very limited.

Plaza Premium is the lounge I go to as there are desks that I can do some work. Food selection is good. There are bottles of water in fridge. The wifi code you get when you access the lounge. You need an invitation card which UA will provide.

SQ lounge is small. Food selection is good. Wifi is a pain to get. I now go the host and have them get the code which has to be sent via SMS. Lounge is small and awkward to work on your laptop there.

LH lounge is nice and bright. More room than SQ. The food selection looks good although I have not had any food there. I was in the SQ lounge and I walked over to the LH lounge asking if I could take a look.
