One query from me - I have read some comments in this (and the other panic threads) about changing earn rates.... are these coming at the same time as the new programme, or do these comments refer to the changes made a little while ago?

If the latter, I am in a similar boat to NWIFlyer (right down, I suspect, to the forced migration from bmi )
