The bus is fine (I prefer Taxi but it costs 6 time more), but the bus stop is bit hard to find, since the city Air Terminal is closed. It used to leave( still does, just remote part of it) near the airline counters, but them being closed the current location is not so easy to find with out asking someone.
I can't recall ever seeing the city air terminal in operation, and the bus has departed from and dropped off in the parking area under Jiuguang (at street level) for as long as I can remember (~12 years). I haven't used the bus in the past 2 months though.
