Well, If you enter the lounge based on *A Gold then the Mileage Program is supposed to be charged back for the visit. Questions will probably arise if A3 denies payment for your entry into the lounge. It's no different than say using a cancelled AMEX Platinum credit card w a still valid Expiry Date to enter a lounge.

However if they don't record and submit a payment request then sure you could probably "get away" with it but technically it would be fraud.
