Hi there,

Out of curiosity, does anyone know why I wouldn't be able to prebook a seat even though the seat map says it's available?

I'm currently in 2A but would like 1A, it shows as available but after I change, select and then hit confirm, it just says it's not possible to change the seat at this time.
