Not sure if Air India has a separate lounge, but regardless of alliance/airline you'll likely end up in the same business lounge all the airlines seem to use- some third party outfit. It's adequate and way better than a UA business /FF lounge, but not as good as most real international airlines. Depending who you are flying it can be almost a 30 minute hike to some of the distant gates and I usually skip it and focus on making my way to the departure gate given the late hour of most departures to US/Europe.
