In principle, DST only necessarily affects flight schedules during the period when some countries have changed to DST and others haven't done so yet. If everyone changes time at the same time, the schedule can continue without any changes.
However, the change to winter time can be associated with low season at some destinations, although normally these schedule changes occur before November.
