Yes, and the OP in that thread never posted the outcome after contacting SPG, so I wouldn't take it as a fact. I'm sure once he explained the situation SPG worked it out, as has been done in other situations such as http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/22341969-post62.html in the very same thread. Computer programs can only do so much. That's where people come into play to analyze the situation and make adjustments.

All to often posters come to FT to complain and/or get advise and that's the last we hear from them. Unfortunately, even if the Lurkers are involved, privacy issues prevent them from giving details about the resolution.
