You’re right, “excellent” is not necessarily the word I would use. Rather, I would say it is quite spectacular. In an industry which is oft maligned for its reputation for cattle herding, it’s a breath of fresh air when not one, or two, but a whole chain of employees goes out of its way to return something of value to a customer who they may have seen once and may never see again, with no expectation of anything in return.

Some may consider a person's perceived antagonism towards the “rich” as a reflection of frustration with their own inability to achieve success in life. We are neither all 99 percenters (thank goodness!) nor all 1 percenters (thank goodness encore!). However, we need to accept and respect the opinions and experiences of individuals from all backgrounds, social strata and financial profiles. How would you like it if you lost something irreplaceable, of sentimental value, be it a gold cuff link or a cheap pencil?
