Driving Sixt Cars into Eastern Europe

I will be renting either an FDAR or PDAR (Mercedes C class or BMW 5 series or similar) in Munich and then driving to Vienna. I am planning to then pick up some friends in Bratislava and quickly head back to Austria/Germany for the duration of the trip. Sixt's Germany rental conditions state that bringing BMWs/MBs/Audis/etc. into Eastern Europe is not allowed.

Will they penalize me if I do spend about an hour driving around Slovakia? Or does this just mean that any purchased or included LDW/Third Party Insurance is invalidated if something happens to my car? And does anyone know if there is a paid waiver to enable driving in these countries? Seeing as the chance of theft will be negligible, I just might take full risks for damage to the car and drive to Bratislava.
