SQ Lounge is nicer (and has better food). You can access this lounge if it is open - you might be told that TG uses NZ lounge - then just remind they Lounge Rep that you are Star Gold and can access any *G Lounge.

NZ Lounge was refurbished some time ago and is quite OK.
