Generally not, Marriott/Ritz are pretty good with awards. But you are going to find that 60,000 is not going to go too far, maybe less than 1 night.

I saw 60k available in Boston for 10/11 or $695 cash. 10/12 seems sold out either way. I would think NYC is going to be higher than 60k.
