Or call another hotel and ask if an early check-in would be ok, which is what I did. I wouldn't have a problem paying a fee, if it was reasonable. To me paying for a whole night to check in at 10.30 is not reasonable.This IC lost my future business, so I am not sure how wise such a policy is. There are Marriotts, Grand Hyatts, Hiltons etc in the area, so it's not like people have no choice but to stay at this particular hotel. I can shop around if I don't like their rules.
