EF doesn't show any data from Delta anymore, but even when they did, it was never for awards.

KVS Availability Tool has a "Power Search" option that will let you search multiple dates, but as far as I'm aware, doesn't allow flexible airports.

Award Nexus has flexible cities and dates, though to be honest this is the one out of the three I've used the least, so I can't really speak to its strengths or weaknesses.
