Haha, may I recommend the Haciendas in Mexico :P. My room was a converted stable, with 6 door-windows reaching up to almost the second floor. I think my room was more door-window than wall!

Back to the question - the glass and steel buildings I've stayed in recently seem to be split 50/50 between those that open about 1 foot and those that don't open.
